To recap, blog 1 covered the top 3 key challenges that we’re seeing organisations not take into consideration when creating a strategy, below is a brief summary of blog 1:

1. Empathetic Approach: Many organizations treat Copilot as just another application without considering the users' perspectives. It's important to understand the mental processes involved in influencing people's perceptions and attitudes to create the desired behaviours and cultures required to adopt new working practices.
2. Engrained Working Practices: Copilot is integrated into all major productivity, communications, and collaboration applications, requiring users to change multiple, deeply engrained working practices. This can lead to resistance, as users may revert to their existing practices when under pressure.
3. New Skillset: Generative AI requires a completely new skill set, including prompt engineering. Users need to learn how to interact with the technology effectively to achieve the desired results. If not done correctly, it can negatively impact their perception of the tool and their willingness to continue using it.

These challenges highlight the need for a thoughtful and empathetic approach to adoption, considering the users' perspectives and the realities of their work environments.
